Chicken and Turkey: Gluten-free list

Bell & Evans
Gluten-free food information on 3/5/2010 from the Bell & Evans website:

Gluten free Chicken items:

Gluten-free Info Webmaster Note: Make sure you buy the gluten-free version of the above items. Bell & Evans makes a version for the ordinary market as well which is NOT gluten-free so you need to make sure that you buy the boxes with "Gluten Free" in big letters on the front. You must get the "Gluten-Free" version of the product and not the ordinary version which is usually right next to it in the freezer section of the supermarket. I can highly recommend the Gluten Free Breaded Chicken Breast Tenders and the Gluten-Free Chicken Breast Nuggets which I often serve to my friends including those who are not Celiac.

Because we are constantly improving our products, please check the ingredient statement on the label of every product.
Gluten is a protein found in rye, barley and wheat (including atta, bulgur, couscous, durum, einkorn, emmer, farina, kamut, seitan, semolina, spelt, and triticale). Due to the potential mixing of grains during harvest, storage, transportation, etc., Campbell has decided to treat oats similar to gluten containing grains.
The following list contains products in which every ingredient in each product was verified as being gluten-free.
