These are eggs, milk and diary products, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish. In addition, any ingredient that may contain gluten, such as wheat, rye, oats, or barley is also listed.
All Bestfoods ingredients declaration statements accurately reflect every allergen in the product regardless of its level. This includes individual components of complex ingredients, meaning there are no "hidden sources" of an allergen."

"As you may know, gluten-sensitivity is related to a specific protein component, gliadin, present in some cereal grains (mainly wheat, rye, barley and oats). DOLE canned fruits, fruit juices and dried fruits do not contain added cereal grains. Fresh fruits and vegetables also contain no cereal grains. Some of our pre-cut salads do contain bread components like croutons, chow mein noodles or breadsticks that do contain gluten. Since most DOLE products are free of cereal grains, we do not conduct specific gluten analyses on them and do not maintain a "gluten-free" product list."
